This page is designed to help give information for The Salvation Army Corps and Community Center sites to register for Summer camp at Camp Mihaska.

Summer Camps do fill up so please send in registrations as soon as possible. If a camp is filled applicants will be notified by phone. The due date for camp registrations is May 4, 2015. All forms must be completed and submitted for a camper to be fully registered.

  • Please complete lice checks with campers prior to arriving at camp. Individuals with lice will not be allowed to participate in camp. Click here for a helpful video on checking for lice.
  • Please keep a photo copy of each campers application in the vehicle while transporting campers (under 18) to and from camp. This is in case of an emergency to or from camp. Consider creating a binder to hold these forms.
